At the end of last month we saw GB Women take on the USA. The game ended 1-1 after Gisele Ansley opened the scoring from a penalty corner but the American's equalised. The game went to shuffles where we went on to win to earn a bonus point. After the match, we managed to get photo's with Hannah Martin (pictured) and Anna Toman. Great work girls!

This weekend it was double bubble as both GB Women and Men were in action on Saturday against Argentina and Sunday against Belgium. 2nd team keeper Elaine saw GB Women beat Belgium with two fantastic strikes from Grace Balsdon and Lily Owsley.

Speaking of bubbles, former 2nd team keeper Zoe Mather, who is currently based down south, was spotted on the pitch at half time escorting racing zorbs. Zoe has been regularly helping both England Hockey & GB Hockey at Lee Valley behind the scenes as a 'Hockey Maker' - a team charged with making it a great event experience for visitors.... and they do a great job!
