On Saturday we took a Boys and Girls Under 12 side to a tournament at Fylde and both teams finished 3rd! A great achievement. We did really well against long established Club teams. Scores were a loss against Fylde 1 - 3, 2 - 0 win against Lancaster & Morecambe, a draw against Preston 0 - 0 and a draw against Longridge 0 - 0.

We were unlucky to play the eventual winners Fylde early before we had settled as a team. Tremendous running by everyone with great defending and attacking. Plus a magnificent save and clear by Goalkeeper Izzy against a beamer of a high shot in the third game.

In the Over 40s, 1st team player Josie Rice represented the North of England in a tournament in Cannock. Mixed bag of results but a great experience none the less.
