The NW500 is designed to support clubs to play their masters players over the summer months. All players must be 34+ with a GK of either sex, and 5 male with 5 female outfield players. Teams can be made up of any players, guests, members and NW500 only players - it does get a bit complicated as all the ages of the team on the pitch must add up to 500+...but depending on the ration of men and women on the pitch will depend whether you can add 15 or take away 15...
